I want you to feel completely confident when collecting my work. If something isn’t right, I’m here to help.

Eligibility & Timeframe

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order.
• Returned pieces must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday. To exercise this right, please contact me at artist.rdam@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.

How to Start a Return

Please email me at [artist.rdam@gmail.com] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If the return is accepted, I’ll share instructions and the return address.
Please note: Items sent back without approval cannot be processed.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Please contact me as soon as possible at artist.rdam@gmail.com with your order number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact me right away with photos. I’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable Items

• Custom works
• Limited-edition items (case-by-case)
• Items purchased through special exhibitions or events

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please complete a return first. Once approved, you may place a new order.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is inspected, I’ll notify you of approval and process a refund to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
